The Role
The Executive Director, Corporate Services is a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, responsible for leading the strategic and operational delivery of Finance, Risk & Compliance, and Information Technology functions. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role is instrumental in ensuring our organisation remains financially sustainable, compliant, and equipped with robust systems to deliver our vital mission.
·Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes to support evidence-based decision-making across the organisation.
·Develop and implement enterprise risk management frameworks while ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
·Drive IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives that support efficient service delivery and maintain robust cybersecurity measures.
·Build strong collaborative relationships with executive peers including the CEO, COO and other Executive Directors to ensure integrated planning and operational excellence.
·Provide strategic oversight of property management for both CFWC and MACS facilities, ensuring optimal use of organisational assets.
·Support the CEO and Board through high-quality reporting and advisory services, including presentations to Board committees.

·Permanent with recurrent funding
·Salary Packaging up to $15,900 (superannuation can be paid in addition to this, subject to any ATO limit if any).

Experience and Qualifications
This role requires tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, business, or a related discipline (CA/CPA preferred) with significant senior leadership experience in a corporate services or CFO role, ideally within a not-for-profit, government, or purpose-driven organisation. Experience leading finance, risk and compliance, and IT functions with strategic impact is essential, along with demonstrated knowledge of NFP financial and regulatory requirements (e.g. ACNC, DGR, funding contracts).
Interview Dates
We will be holding interviews on the 1st and 3rd of September in Logan.
This role is available to start on:
Monday 22nd September
We have set start dates for new team members so that they can undertake our supportive induction process with our Practice and Development Lead. This process allows new team members to have set time to learn more about our organisation, our practice frameworks and set up all equipment and logins.
