The Brisbane Racing Club (BRC) is seeking a commercially minded Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to help shape the future of one of Queensland's most diversified and iconic organisations. This is a rare opportunity to establish and evolve a best‐practice FP&A function across a complex portfolio spanning racing, hospitality, property, events and licensed clubs.
Reporting directly to the CFO, you will become a trusted business partner to senior leaders, helping drive better decision‐making, improved commercial outcomes, and strategic growth across the Group.

What You'll Be Doing
* Lead the Group-wide budgeting and forecasting process across multiple business units.
* Partner with Executives and operational leaders to provide commercial insights and decision support.
* Develop business cases, financial models and investment evaluations.
* Drive accountability and performance through meaningful analysis and reporting.
* Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and financial visibility.
* Support the selection and implementation of a modern FP&A solution.
* Contribute to business improvement initiatives and strategic projects.
* Help shape the future of data visualisation, reporting and business intelligence across the Group.
* Work closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives and Board-level reporting.
About You
You are naturally curious, commercially astute and enjoy influencing business outcomes through data and insight.
* CA or CPA qualification.
* 5+ years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering roles.
* Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
* Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
* Exposure to ERP systems, FP&A platforms or financial systems implementations.
* The confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and challenge constructively.
* A continuous improvement mindset and genuine interest in technology, data and business transformation.
Experience in hospitality, property, events, racing, clubs, leisure or diversified organisations will be highly regarded but is not essential.
