About the Role
This role is for a client operating at a global scale within the automotive aftermarket and original equipment space. The position supports regional sales execution, distributor engagement, and workshop development, with a strong focus on field activity, data collection, and customer support.

Reporting Line
• Reports to: Sales Leader
• Works closely with: District Sales Manager, Dealers
• Direct reports: None
Key Responsibilities
• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets with assigned regional distributors
• Visit second-tier wholesalers and distributor branch warehouses to collect and organize purchase, sales, and inventory data
• Visit and develop workshops and retail outlets within the assigned region
• Track outlet sales performance and report irregularities promptly
• Gather and consolidate competitor information
• Collect training and business requirements from warehouses, retail outlets, and workshops and communicate needs internally through Sales
• Provide basic product and brand introductions and training sessions to regional customers
Ideal Candidate Experience
• 3–5 years of sales experience in the automotive aftermarket
• Retail experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of distribution processes and customer needs for technical and consumable or wear parts
• Proven experience managing key accounts and wholesalers or distributors
• Ability to collect and analyze critical business information
• Strong knowledge of regional distribution and retail networks
• Experience expanding outlets and supporting new customers to achieve sales growth

• Strong communication skills with distributors, workshops, and sales or service personnel
• Strong information-gathering and opportunity-identification skills
• Solid analytical and logical thinking abilities
• Effective time management and task follow-up skills
• Highly self-motivated and results-driven
• Ability to perform under pressure with perseverance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Presentation tools
Qualifications
• College degree or equivalent educational background
