About The Role
Join our Surgical Services team at John Hunter Hospital and support the smooth operation of our fast-paced Cardiothoracic and Vascular Ward (F3).
Work Monday-Friday 08:30am-5:00pm with a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Assist with rostering, recruitment, and workforce processes.
Manage data entry, audits, and documentation.
Coordinate education activities and My Health Learning tasks.
Perform reception duties and respond to enquiries.
Support clinical staff to help deliver positive patient outcomes.
Assist with systems such as Health Roster, Staff Link, iProcurement, ChemAlert, Smartaviewer, IPM and other tools.
Help with safety walks, follow-up calls, filing, storeroom organisation, and preparing death packs.
