- ReadyTech is looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist who will be responsible for the execution of compelling marketing and communications activities to support business growth, customer retention and staff engagement.-
**You will get to**:
- Support the coordination of internal and customer-facing events, and promotion related to these events. In particular, underpinning the delivery of our flagship Government event iNNOVATE.
- Support the marketing team in planning, executing, and managing marketing and advertising activities across a variety of channels (digital and traditional)
- Implement and execute marketing plans for new products and services
- Monitor, review and report on amrketing activity and results
- Maintain and optimise social media presence, company website and landing pages.
- Analysing customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
- Provide marketing administration and sales support where required
- Monitor industry trends and best practices
- Manage company-related marketing and branding
**More about you**:
- You have experience with event management
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have a keen ability to translate technical concepts into clear compelling copy - you know how to tell a story!
- You have strong SEO, research, and content marketing skills
- You are well organised and know how to switch things up when priorities change, and excel in a fast-paced environment
- You enjoy working with others and thrive on collaboration, but can work equally well autonomously
- You have a passion for continuous improvement, a positive attitude, and you have a clear, confident presentation style.
- Preferred experience with B2B marketing, ideally within the technology sector
- Experience with CRM, CMS, Adobe Creative Suite, marketing automation tools and paid advertising platforms
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred
