We are seeking a
proactive and experienced Administrator to represent an

Supporting the business with facilities and administration needs:
General facilities administration and data entry: filling, photocopying, managing incoming calls and queries and the preparation of correspondence
Support with all invoice and contractor management related tasks
Raise purchase orders for related goods and services
Scheduling work with vendors, requesting for quotation, submitting work permits and coordinating with building management
Deliver exceptional customer service to internal staff and external visitors
Role requirements include:
Robust experience in an administrative role:
Demonstrated high-quality written and verbal communication skills:
Strong attention to detail and someone who pride themselves in their output:
Positive team player and customer-focused attitude
