This will be your opportunity to work on a significant infrastructure project worth around $300million which is aimed at improving traffic flow and safety around the area. This project includes road upgrades, widening, and new intersections to enhance access and connectivity in the region. We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the team for the duration of this exciting project. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of contract management, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to review and negotiate contract terms Manage project budgets and monitor financials Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards Work closely with the project team to keep everything on track Prepare and submit progress claims, manage variations, and resolve any contract disputes About You: A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in contracts administration within the construction industry A solid understanding of construction contracts, particularly in road infrastructure projects Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite Our client is a leading Australian-owned construction and land development company with over 40 years of experience.
