About the role
Join the team at Yoon&Co., a leading hair and beauty salon in Robina, Queensland. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to our loyal and growing client base. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
What you'll be doing
* Providing a range of barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims
* Ensuring exceptional customer service see and a premium experience for all clients
* Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in your work area
* Contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon through proactive client engagement
* Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills
What we're looking for
* Formal qualification in barbering or hairdressing, with experience in a salon or barbershop setting
* Strong customer service skills and the ability to deliver a premium grooming experience
* Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* A passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development
