Financial Reporting Specialist
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end journals, variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and business partnering.
This role requires the ability to review P&L and variance reports with operational stakeholders and contribute to financial performance discussions. The ideal candidate will have:
* Relevant experience in financial and/or management accounting, ideally within a complex or regulated industry.
* Proven analytical and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
* Advanced Excel skill and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, and reporting tools.
They must also have excellent time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, plus manage competing priorities. In addition, the candidate should possess outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders and present complex financial information clearly.
As a key member of the finance team, they will play a crucial role in enhancing reporting processes and building capability within the team. They will also be required to understand accounting standards and apply this knowledge effectively in their day-to-day responsibilities.
