The Role
We are seeking a capable multi-tasker with excellent communication and organisational skills. This role sits within our Sydney service team and liaises directly with customers and glaziers. This role will log customer updates and communication within Salesforce, as well as perform a variety of administrative and customer focused tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate has a professional, polite, and friendly demeanour whilst having high attention to detail. This role allows for flexibility where the successful candidate can work both remotely and at our Alexandria office.
Key Responsibilities Include:
· Respond to customer queries (email/telephone/sms) in a timely and professional manner that aligns with the company values
· Liaise with glazing and contractor teams to ensure a smooth workflow
· Accurate data management within Salesforce and various customer portals
· Resolve customer and logistical issues in a professional manner to meet customer needs
· Escalate issues where required and schedule emergency jobs efficiently when required
What we are looking for:
· Prior administrative or customer service experience is highly desired
· Demonstrated proficient use of computers and a variety of software applications including MS Office Suite
· Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
· Excellent time management and organisational skills
· High level of attention to detail
· Ability to adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner
· Prior experience with Salesforce is highly advantageous but not essential
