You will play a key role in developing data-driven models, conducting advanced analytics, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and operational improvement.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement machine learning models to enhance property valuation accuracy and transparency.Collect, clean, and analyse large financial and operational datasets using Python, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.Conduct market research and support projects involving trading data, broker analysis, and financial modelling.Develop reports and dashboards to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology integration, digital transformation, and innovation.Contribute to algorithmic trading model development, back testing, and performance evaluation.Support project planning and tracking through tools such as JIRA, Trello, and Lucidchart.Qualifications:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in IT systems, data tools, and IT strategy.Experience in project management and execution.Knowledge of business strategy and financial markets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.Relevant certifications (e.g. CBAP, PMP) are a strong advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Economics, or related field.Master’s in Business Analytics or similar (completed or in progress) is preferred.Prior experience in a similar business analyst or consulting role is highly desirable.Technical Skills:Languages & Tools: Python, SQL, PostgreSQL, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPyBI & Visualisation: Power BI, Tableau, Excel (Advanced)Cloud & Data Platforms: AWS RDSProject Tools: JIRA, Trello, Lucidchart, Notion, SlackOther: Machine Learning (Regression, Clustering), KPI tracking, Property Valuation ModellingThis role offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to innovative financial technology projects within a collaborative, flexible environment.
