This role offers a chance to leverage data and algorithms to drive business value in Epsilon Retail Media Onsite. The ideal candidate will utilize advanced analytics, machine learning, optimization, and AI.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and maintain predictive models, optimization algorithms, and other data-driven solutions for advertising and retail analytics.
* Build and optimize semantic search solutions using embeddings, vector similarity, and related AI models.
* Design and deploy integrated solutions using foundational-AI.
* Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate business requirements into analytical projects.
* Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
* Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
* 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, machine learning, or AI.
* Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
* Experience with machine learning frameworks and key NLP libraries.
* Hands-on experience with embedding models and semantic similarity techniques.
* Strong statistical analysis, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
