Change Manager wanted for large scale program
The Change Manager will report to Executive Coordinator, Business Service Partnering for general direction, supervision, management, performance management and to ensure alignment with the defined methodology, standards, processes and tools.
The Change Manager will also report to various assigned Project Managers, but not limited to, within the Program for functional management and direction on day-to-day OCM project/program activities.
**About the role**:
The organisation has initiated upgrade of technology and new system projects as part of the Large programs of work to transform the way it delivers services to the community. The scope of this position is to manage all user change to ensure a successful project, incorporating communications and any required end user training. The Change Manager position will be a 'hands on' role.
Your Responsibilities:
- Defining the OCM strategy and planning;
- Assist in defining and outlining the proposed project delivery approach;
- Review available documentation from key stakeholders, with a focus on change;
- Managing all project communications to the wider organisation and stakeholder communities;
- Managing all change documentation, end user training and acceptance of change;
- Definition of training needs analysis; and
- In the later phases of the Program, the role will also Lead and manage a team of organisational change professionals assigned to the Program of work.

**Preferred qualification and experience**:
- Tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in Business, Information Technology, Information Management, Computing or similar discipline,
- Organisational Change Management industry experience,
- Demonstrated practical OCM experience working in large complex Business/ICT projects and programs
- Demonstrated knowledge of training methodology and delivery practices experience,
- Demonstrated Executive Stakeholder management / workshop facilitation experience,
- Demonstrated Executive Stakeholder and Global Communication management experience.
