Process Production Supervisor Role
At our Australian operation, we're seeking an experienced Process Shift Supervisor to lead the processing production crew activities. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a safe and efficient plant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage production plans effectively, scheduling team members, prioritizing tasks, and resolving issues
* Coach and develop team members according to their required competencies
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment by educating and directing team members on established policies
* Conduct incident investigations, daily pre-start meetings, and participate in risk identification
* Address individual and team issues, investigating problems and recommending actions
Required Qualifications:
* Three-plus years as a leading hand or Shift Supervisor
* Significant experience leading diverse teams in operating Processing Plants, particularly with multistage crushing and screening circuits
* Excellent people management skills, maintaining a positive approach in day-to-day activities
* Qualification in Frontline Leadership or Management
* Significant experience in applying Permit to Work systems
* Confined Space, Gas testing, and working at heights certification
* Certificate IV in Process Plant Operation
* Results-driven, with a successful track record of delivering KPIs while showing humility
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, fine attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite, including Teams
* Experience conducting incident investigations and implementing controls using INX software
* Experience using Pronto or similar systems
* Proficiency in Citect/Scada control systems or similar
* Current WA Driver's license
* Ability to hold the position of Statutory Supervisor as defined by Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations 2022
