**About the role**
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated corporate cards administrator to join our accounts payable team. This is an exciting opportunity with a reputable brand and will set you up for success in future roles. This role will suit someone early in their accounting/finance career looking to grow within a global business.
You will assist the team in management of the Corporate Card Facility for DuluxGroup of 1600 cardholders. You will also be responsible to manage our Corporate Card facility with Westpac.
The role is based out of Clayton and is a brilliant platform that will nurture your career.
**Responsibilities**
- Closing, opening, suspending, dispatch and follow up on cards
- Capture issues at time of card submission and take an appropriate action to close off
- Support with enquiries and assist Dulux personnel
- Assist our Card Compliance Program
- Coordinate with employees and managers on aged outstanding invoices and AP statistics
- Work with offshore operation while leading continuous improvement initiatives across our card program

- Advanced numerical and Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data
- Excellent orgnaisation skills and interpersonal skills
