Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership to deliver sustainable, profitable growth across core and adjacent markets.
Build high-performing sales, marketing, and commercial teams, uplifting capability, discipline, and customer engagement.
Lead go-to-market strategy for a fast-expanding product portfolio, particularly in hydraulic attachments.
Deepen relationships across national distributors, industrial end users, and major channel partners.
Champion innovation, customer experience, product safety, and brand reputation.
Strengthen operational systems, structure, and governance appropriate for a scaling SME manufacturer.
Foster a culture of accountability, technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Represent the organisation with credibility at board level, in commercial negotiations, and in strategic partnerships.
Candidate Profile You are a seasoned senior executive, ideally a CEO, GM, MD, or commercial executive, with experience leading industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or technical product businesses.
You bring a strong blend of commercial fluency and technical appreciation, supported by a proven record in driving revenue growth, leading sales teams, and navigating long, complex B2B sales cycles.
Success in this role will be underpinned by your ability to: Drive commercial performance through clarity, pace, and strategic focus.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Build credible relationships across distributors, industrial customers, and major accounts.
