Job Role Overview:
The Integrated Health Promotion Officer is responsible for driving key health promotion priorities. They will collaborate with local stakeholders and community to develop, deliver and evaluate impactful health promotion activities.
The role will identify population health trends and emerging health needs by leveraging statistical data analysis, research, and consultation. It will coordinate, implement, and evaluate holistic health promotion initiatives across the catchment to maintain and improve health and prevent illness.

* Evaluate the effectiveness of health promotion programs
About You:
* Hold a tertiary qualification in health promotion or a related field
* Demonstrate skills in planning, implementing, and evaluating primary prevention strategies
* Have experience in leading projects and delivering education in health promotion areas
* Understand place-based principles for primary prevention
* Have experience in establishing and working with individuals and organizations to develop collaborative relationships
* Demonstrate interpersonal skills, including consultation, negotiation, and conflict resolution
