Your new role
You will perform general maintenance, repairs, various manual tasks and grounds maintenance across Carpentaria owned, leased, and managed properties.
The ideal candidate
* Experience in various repairs and maintenance tasks including basic carpentry, plumbing and grounds maintenance,
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and to a high standard with limited supervision
* Familiarity with tools and equipment commonly used in maintenance, general repairs and grounds maintenance
* The capacity to undertake manual tasks including heavy lifting and working outdoors for extended periods of time
