Our Client is seeking an experinced warehouse assistant with a forklift licence and skilled in both high reach and counter balance forklift operation to work in their clayton warehouse. $35 per hour day shift and you will be required to assit with deliveries in the company van as part of you daily duties

Responsibilities
This role will play a crucial role in conducting the day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse and assisting in store functions, ensuring efficient and effective support.
Your duties will include:
* Complete inbound, outbound warehouse activities including handling the logistics, distribution and inventory
* Pick, pack and dispatch of orders, ensuring timely and correct delivery.
* Receiving Purchase Orders and conducting cross-verification of stock to ensure accuracy.
* Booking consignments for Sales Orders, liaising with freight providers as needed.
* Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely (LF licence required)
Your Profile
This is a hands-on role and will require you to have a good knowledge of all warehouses, logistics and distribution processes.
The following criteria is required:
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members, customers and other stakeholders
* Forklift license and experience operating - high reach and counterbalance forklifts
* Computer savvy, must be able to manage all stock and inventory activities on business ERP system
* Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety
* Experience in HVAC products would be beneficial but full product training will be provided.
