About this role
The Marine Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing operational, administrative and accounts support to surveyors and management.
This includes
* providing operational support to surveyors and managers
* handling administrative tasks such as invoicing, auditing reports and data entry
* coordinating with clients and financial managers
* auditing and distributing surveyor reports
* maintaining filing systems and document control
To be successful in this role, you will require
Key skills and qualifications
* experience in an administrative or operation support role
* strong organizational and time management skills
* intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
* knowledge of Workflowmax and XERO
