Fire Management Leader Role
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Fire Management Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination of fire management programs and activities within our region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement fire management plans to protect communities and biodiversity.
* Coordinate prescribed fire and bushfire suppression activities.
* Liaise with stakeholders, including traditional owners, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Substantial demonstrated understanding of strategic fire planning and management.
* High-level interpersonal and oral communication skills.
* Considerable experience in managing and leading teams.
