We are seeking a highly motivated and competitive professional to lead our store teams.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach and develop the store team leaders within your portfolio to deliver exceptional customer service, uphold our quality standards, and achieve store objectives in a safe work environment
* Manage staff scheduling and recruitment activities to ensure optimal performance
* Oversee the induction, probation and overall performance management of teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel
* Maintain Visual Merchandising plans and Mystery Shopper standards across the portfolio
Requirements:
* Proven retail management experience as a store manager, cluster manager or area manager
* The motivation to drive results and lead teams to succeed in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated success in managing commercial aspects, including profit and loss within a retail environment
