Revenue Growth Opportunity
This is not a conventional sales role. As a Business Development Manager, you will drive new revenue across employer-facing solutions including employee assistance programs and mental health initiatives, executive diagnostics, and workplace health services.
* Deliver individual revenue targets of ~$2M annually
* Lead outbound sales efforts across assigned regions or verticals
* Nurture relationships with key decision-makers across HR, risk management, workplace health and safety, and executive health teams
* Expand and deepen existing client accounts through bundled or value-added services
Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
