Pay rate: $29.81 – $34.32 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll help people stay safe and comfortable at home by:
Helping with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
Providing respite care (giving carers a break)
Helping clients stay active and connected in their community
Following care plans to meet each person's needs
Working as a team to provide the best support possible

What You Need
Must-Haves:
A caring nature – Passionate about helping people
Good communication skills – Able to chat and listen to clients and team members
Ability to work independently – Comfortable using technology in your role
Australian working rights
A valid driver's licence
Access to a reliable, insured car
A Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to get one)
Nice-to-Have (but not required):
Certificate in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or Community Services (We provide training if you don't have one!)
Experience in aged care or disability support
First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to get one)
It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.
