West Gippsland Healthcare Group (WGHG) is seeking a capable and detail-oriented Enterprise Projects Officer to support the delivery of high-quality, consistent enterprise initiatives across the organisation. Reporting to the Director Enterprise Projects, this role plays a key part in strengthening organisational project capability through effective coordination, governance support, and stakeholder engagement. The position is responsible for developing and refining project templates and documentation standards, supporting governance processes, conducting business area audits, and contributing to the mapping and improvement of policies and processes across the organisation. A strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and clarity across project artefacts and information is essential.

Working collaboratively across clinical, non-clinical, and corporate teams, the Enterprise Projects Officer also supports enterprise communication and engagement activities, including the design of tools and collaboration spaces within the Microsoft 365 environment. The role contributes to effective governance across major programs of work by monitoring progress, tracking milestones and dependencies, and ensuring timely, accurate information is provided to governance committees and stakeholders. This opportunity suits a motivated project professional seeking to further develop their career in a complex healthcare environment while contributing to organisation-wide improvement, capability uplift, and better outcomes for the communities WGHG serves.

Our preferred candidate will have:

* Demonstrated experience in project coordination or project support roles, with exposure to structured project delivery within a complex organisation.
* Proven experience producing, maintaining, and managing project documentation and artefacts, including templates, registers, reports, and governance documentation.
* Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-wide initiatives across multiple business areas, including the collection and analysis of organisational information (e.g. business area audits, process documentation).
* Strong experience engaging with diverse stakeholder groups, including clinical, non‐clinical, and corporate teams, to support information gathering, coordination, and delivery activities.
* Demonstrated capability using M365 tools (including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and related collaboration tools) to support project delivery, documentation, and communication.
* Demonstrated understanding of confidentiality, privacy, and information handling requirements, particularly within a healthcare or public sector environment.

The following experience/qualifications would be considered advantageous:

* Formal qualification or certification in project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile) or demonstrated practical experience delivering work using structured project management approaches.
* Experience developing, refining, or improving project management tools, templates, or frameworks to support consistent enterprise delivery.
* Experience supporting change management, communications, or training coordination, preferably within healthcare or similarly complex service environments.
* Demonstrated experience delivering project outcomes within a hospital or healthcare setting, with an understanding of clinical and non‐clinical operating environments.
* Knowledge of privacy legislation, information governance, and document control requirements relevant to public health or government-funded organisations.

IMPORTANT:

Some roles in the healthcare sector are required to be vaccinated annually for Influenza (unless a valid exemption applies). Evidence of vaccination (or exemption) will be required to be provided prior to commencement.
