To meet our growing demands, we are looking for a Integrated Activity Planning Manager to join our team.
The Role: Reporting to the Technical Director,purpose of the role is to design and maintain an appropriately resourced central planning function that meets technical competency criteria and is integrated into wider Arrow functions, such as to achieve the objectives as outlined in the Corporate Management Framework business processes.
This is a Brisbane based position and will require occasional travel to our field operations as required, with plenty of notice.
In addition, you will:
* Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow's values, code of conduct, safety and the environment.
* Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
* Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.
* Act as the main contact for IAPS to ensure the proposed scope meets entry criteria and is delivered according to IAP objectives, approved plans, and budget.
* Offer strategic advice on IAPS planning by assessing project maturity, helping prioritize tasks in the Business Plan and Budget, evaluating schedule constraints, recommending solutions, and using industry benchmarks.
* Communicate health and progress of the IAP projects to the relevant business owners, asset owners and Arrow Formal Strategic, Tactical and Operational IAP forums & publishing on the Reservoir.
* Develop the central planning function to align with corporate team tasks and targets, training, development and coaching, recruitment.
* Coach key business stakeholders on IAPS and 'end to end' production line processes. Management of 'trade-off's, scenario assessment and management of change IAPS Impact Assessments, Change Management, Formal IAP forums and IAPS visibility tools.
About You
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
* Qualifications: University / Post Graduate degree [OR] master's degree [OR] Chartered Professional Qualification
* Engineering Degree and/or Certification as IAP Manager or equivalent.
* Minimum of 10 years industry experience.
* Significant experience in roles where the organisation is the operator.
* Experience in managing multi discipline teams.
