UX Designer – NV2 / TSPV Cleared
We are supporting a large-scale government transformation program and are seeking experienced User Experience Designers to uplift existing digital systems and contribute to the design of new, user-centered solutions.
This role plays a key part in shaping how users interact with complex systems, applying research-driven UX practices and working closely with delivery teams to ensure solutions balance user needs with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to user research, discovery, and usability testing
* Analyse research findings and translate insights into evidence-based UX recommendations
* Design and develop UX artefacts including personas, user journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes
* Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, developers, SMEs, and stakeholders
* Advocate for user-centered design throughout the delivery lifecycle
* Contribute to the development and promotion of UX standards, guidelines, and best practices
* Continuously test, iterate, and refine designs based on feedback and data
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across complex environments
* Strong background in UX research and analysis
* Demonstrated experience producing high-quality UX artefacts
* Proficiency with tools such as Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar
* Strong communication skills with the ability to present design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences
Security Clearance
* Active TSPV highly regarded
* NV2 candidates will be considered, provided they are able to obtain and maintain TSPV
