We are seeking an accomplished sales professional to drive revenue growth and elevate our presence in the luxury travel market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for direct and coordinated leisure sales activities to maximize existing accounts and generate new business.

Your exceptional presentation skills and disciplined follow-up will enable you to build strong relationships with major luxury consortia, negotiate promotions, and achieve key performance indicators.
The Role:
* Leverage your sales expertise to drive revenue growth and expand our luxury travel network.
* Negotiate strategic partnerships with luxury consortia to enhance our presence in the market.
* Analyze account performance and market trends to recommend rate adjustments, packaging strategies, and product enhancements.
* Develop and execute targeted sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Lead relationships with major luxury consortia, including strategy meetings and performance reviews.
* Negotiate consortia promotions, allocations, and commission structures to maximize revenue.
* Achieve KPIs including lead-to-conversion ratios, ADR uplift, and incremental revenue growth.
* Plan and host on-property FAM trips and advisor stays; deliver engaging sales presentations and immersive property tours.
You'll Bring:
* Relevant qualification with 4+ years' experience in a comparable sales role.
* Proven luxury hotel sales background and a strong record in business development.
* Exceptional presentation skills and disciplined follow-up.
