Business Support Role Overview
The Business Support Administrator position is a key appointment within our Pre Construction Team, requiring a skilled professional to handle customer interactions and administrative tasks on a permanent full-time basis.
* This role involves building strong relationships with customers, working closely with technicians on scheduling and invoicing to deliver exceptional service in our Pre-Construction division.
* Key responsibilities include:
* Providing first-class customer support and serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
* Efficiently processing invoices using our CRM and coordinating appointments for Pre-Construction customers.
* Responding promptly to customer and builder enquiries/complaints regarding services and arranging necessary non-standard service calls.
* Meeting deadlines, KPIs, and targets while collaborating effectively within a team and independently.
* Preparing and presenting accurate reports.
* Maintaining precise attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ensuring the accuracy and currency of customer records and details while adhering to compliance standards.
* Fostering collaboration with other departments to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in Business Support, Administration, or Coordinator roles, coupled with basic construction knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong multitasking skills, data entry accuracy, and the ability to operate calmly under pressure are also essential.
