This is a full-time position rostered across five days per week within a seven-day operating environment. Flexibility is required, including weekend work, to support guest arrivals, departures and operational priorities.
Reporting directly to the Director, this is a hands on, critical role within the business. You are effectively the operational control room – thinking ahead, responding quickly and ensuring each day runs smoothly.
You will ensure properties are guest-ready, teams are supported and Younique Stays' standards are upheld without compromise.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily operations to ensure all properties meet Younique Stays' presentation, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Conduct and coordinate pre-arrival property checks
• Monitor cleaner progress and proactively manage issues
• Create, manage and adjust cleaning rosters in line with live booking data for 25+ cleaners (Bicheno region)
• Coordinate maintenance requests, contractors, and follow-ups
• Support linen logistics, consumables ordering, and stock checks
• Communicate clearly with cleaners, contractors, and internal team members
• Assist with onboarding new properties, audits, and operational documentation
• Provide operational support to guests and step in where needed
