What you will be doing
As Executive Assistant, you'll provide high‐level executive and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Leadership Team and Board. Operating with discretion, professionalism and sound judgment, you'll be a trusted partner enabling strong leadership, governance and decision‐making.
You'll act as a central coordination point across the organisation, managing priorities, preparing high‐quality information and ensuring seamless communication and governance.
You Will
* Provide proactive executive support to the CEO, ELT and Board
* Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel and logistics
* Prepare and coordinate briefings, reports, presentations and agenda packs
* Support Board and Committee processes, including minute‐taking and action tracking
* Act as a trusted liaison with internal and external stakeholders
* Maintain accurate, confidential records and executive documentation
* Prepare executive reports, dashboards and data summaries
* Support events, forums and special projects
* Continuously improve executive workflows using digital tools

You're highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities.
You'll Bring
* Experience as an Executive Assistant or in executive‐level coordination
* A relevant qualification in Business Administration (or equivalent)
* Experience in aged care, health or community services, not-for-profit (desirable but not essential)
* Strong governance, administration and minute‐taking capability
* High professionalism, integrity and discretion
* Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills
* Advanced capability across the Microsoft Office suite
* Alignment with Suncare's values of respect, inclusion and empathy
* A current driver's licence and willingness to obtain required compliance requirements, including a satisfactory National Coordinated Criminal History Check.
