Every garment begins in our Sydney design studio, created in considered quantities using premium fabrics and responsible practices. With over 140 boutiques across Australia and New Zealand and a team of 650+ fashion professionals, our passion for quality and creativity continues to shape who we are today.

Your Role
* Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet sales targets.
* Recruit, develop, and mentor future retail leaders.
* Drive profitability through effective stock management, visual excellence, and cost control.
* Oversee daily operations, audits, and compliance.
* Champion our signature client-first culture — ensuring every customer leaves feeling confident and inspired.
About You
You're a passionate and experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You'll bring:
* 3+ years' experience in fashion retail management (multi-site leadership highly regarded)
* Proven success meeting and exceeding sales and profit targets
* Strong commercial acumen and operational excellence
* A natural leadership style that motivates, empowers, and drives results
* Available 33 hours per week Sunday to Thursday
