We're working with a growing organisation in the construction sector seeking an HR Advisor to join their People & Culture team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with an experienced leader, gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle, and make a real impact.
About the role:
* Partnering with managers to provide practical HR advice
* Supporting employee relations matters, including performance and conduct
* Managing end-to-end recruitment
* Coordinating onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes
* Assisting with award interpretation and compliance
* Contributing to HR projects, systems, and process improvements
Skills and Experience:
* 3+ years' experience in a generalist HR role
* Robust exposure to employee relations + recruitment
* Knowledge of Australian employment legislation & awards
* Confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels
* Proactive, organised, and comfortable in a quick-paced setting
