Your focus is to deliver outstanding quality homes that exceed customer expectations.
Your responsibilities include: Management of tradespeople and subcontractors on sites across the South Sydney region Coordinating site logistics, material delivery, and resource allocation Inspecting completed work to ensure high quality in line with construction codes and contractual obligations Ensuring homes are completed on time and within budget Completing project milestone tasks and other activities in our systems (Companion) Ensuring visitors to sites understand compliance with the Safety Management System, WH&S; legislation and internal operating systems Liaising with customers and councils as required to provide exceptional customer service Ensuring required documentation is completed during the building process About you: You should share a passion for our purpose to be Australia's number one residential builder and align with our core values.
You will demonstrate: Experience in residential construction in a leadership, project management or client-focused capacity Either trade qualified or possess a tertiary construction qualification Strong project management ability to coordinate multiple service providers and suppliers Knowledge of basic methods, practices, tools, materials and work standards for residential construction Ability to proactively identify defects and take action to rectify or prevent problems Outstanding leadership, communication and planning abilities Current driver's license We encourage applicants from all backgrounds and welcome discussions about career goals if you don't tick every box.
