Team Leader – Infrastructure Services Lead the infrastructure powering Australia’s largest food and support services company. We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on infrastructure leader to guide the delivery, optimisation, and evolution of Compass Group Australia’s technology foundations. You’ll oversee our cloud platforms, on-premise systems, networks, servers, storage, and enterprise collaboration tools—balancing operational stability with innovation. The Role As Team Leader – Infrastructure Services, you will: Lead a skilled team managing day-to-day infrastructure services, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. Contribute to the development of the infrastructure roadmap, supporting digital transformation and cloud-first adoption. Oversee incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution for infrastructure-related issues. Partner with cybersecurity to ensure compliance, security, and effective disaster recovery. Drive automation and modern workplace initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability. Mentor and develop team members, building capability for hybrid cloud and Infrastructure-as-Code environments. Manage vendor relationships, ensuring performance against SLAs and value for investment. Support enterprise projects by ensuring infrastructure readiness for new systems and initiatives. What You’ll Bring 5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure management, including 2 years in a leadership or senior technical role. Strong technical expertise across cloud (Azure/AWS), enterprise networks, storage, and server infrastructure. Experience implementing modern infrastructure practices (hybrid cloud, Infrastructure-as-Code, automation). Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft Azure Administrator/Architect, Cisco CCNA/CCNP) desirable. Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving skills, and commercial acumen. Why Join Us?
