Key Responsibilities & Rigorous Field Work
* Intensive Prospecting: Execute our proprietary "Happy Realty D2D Sales Methodology." The successful candidate must demonstrate the physical stamina to perform a minimum of 25 hours per week of intensive door-to-door prospecting in all weather conditions.
* KPI Management: Performance is measured against a strict weekly quota of 220 new face-to-face community contacts.
* Regional Operations: Manage residential listings and execute growth strategies specifically for the Mandurah/Peel region.
* Sales Lifecycle: Lead property appraisals, marketing campaigns, and end-to-end contract negotiations.
Selection Criteria
* Resilience: Must have a proven track record of maintaining high energy in high-intensity outdoor sales environments.
* Regional Commitment: This role requires a mandatory full-time presence in the Mandurah/Peel region, including weekends. Relocation or long-term commitment to the regional area is essential.
* Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in advanced CRM tracking for high-volume field prospecting and database management.
* Remuneration Structure: This position operates on a Recoverable Draw against Commission basis with quarterly performance reviews.
* Qualifications: Valid WA Real Estate Registration (or immediate eligibility), Australian Driver's License, and a reliable vehicle are mandatory.
