Customer Support and Administrative Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to provide exceptional customer service, answer phone calls, and assist with various administrative tasks.
This role involves maintaining accurate records, ordering office supplies, and managing internal/external mail distribution.
The successful candidate will process warranty claims, gather necessary information, and coordinate product recalls.
In addition, they will generate quotes, invoices, and provide administrative support as required.
