About the Role:
Manage delivery of construction projects across Capital Works, Minor New Works, Repairs and Maintenance, and Urgent Minor Repair programs.
Provide specialist advice in building and infrastructure project management.
* Develop scope and cost estimates for future projects.
* Oversee planning, design, procurement, documentation, and financial management.
* Ensure compliance with NT Building Act, Building Code of Australia, and Australian Standards.
* Travel to remote sites to manage project delivery.
About you:
* Relevant trade qualification or diploma in building or related technical field.
* Experience in building construction or project officer roles.
* Strong communication and technical skills.
* Knowledge of building industry practices and standards.
* Experience in procurement, contract administration, and reporting.
* Proven project management experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
* Cross-cultural competency and relationship-building skills.
* Current driver's licence or ability to obtain one.
