This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career IT professional or someone with foundational IT training who is keen to build hands-on experience in a supportive environment.Your new roleIn this position, you will be responsible for:Providing Level 1 technical support to staff across three regional sites.Troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic networking issues.Supporting end-users in educational and office-based environments.Assisting with system and application administration under documented processes.Building strong working relationships with local stakeholders.Providing technical support via phone, ticketing systems, and on-site assistance. What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will have:Experience in a Level 1 IT support or services desk role OR strong foundational IT training.A genuine interest in IT and a desire to learn and grow skill sets on the job.Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential).Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check (WWCC) and a Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) ticket. (Essential).
