Job Description Management Accounting & Commercial Reporting Prepare monthly P&L, EBIT and performance reports for ANZ Assist with cashflow forecasting on a monthly and weekly basis Support CAPEX forecasting and tracking Produce weekly reports including sales trends, forecasts and variance analysis Provide ad‑hoc management reporting to regional and global finance stakeholders Support cost control and expense management initiatives Financial Accounting & Reporting Prepare, review and release month‑end journals in SAP Review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve GL issues Assist with BAS preparation for Australia and New Zealand Manage intercompany transactions Perform bank reconciliations and regular cash balance checks Support external audits and respond to audit requests Assist with regulatory, tax and transfer pricing reporting as required The Successful Applicant CA or CPA qualification (or nearing completion) Experience in a Financial Accountant or Management Accountant role Solid understanding of month‑end close, financial controls and compliance Exposure to forecasting, reporting and variance analysis ERP experience Strong attention to detail with the ability to step back and see the bigger picture Confident communication skills and the ability to work with non‑finance stakeholders What's on Offer Broad, hands‑on role with exposure across management accounting, forecasting, and financial reporting, providing strong end‑to‑end ownership High‑visibility position partnering with Sales, Regional and Global Finance stakeholders, offering genuine commercial exposure Dynamic, fast‑paced environment with variety in work and opportunities to influence outcomes, rather than a narrow month‑end focus
