About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Supply Superintendent to lead the supply, procurement and contracts function on site. This role is responsible for driving best-practice supply chain outcomes, ensuring compliance with company and statutory requirements, and partnering with operational leaders to deliver commercial value across the business.
You will play a key leadership role across procurement, contract management, and stores, ensuring the timely and cost-effective supply of goods and services while maintaining strong governance and risk management frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the site-based supply, procurement and contracts function
* Oversee purchasing, inventory, and stores operations to ensure efficient site support
* Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle including tendering, negotiation, execution and performance
* Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned to operational and commercial objectives
* Drive cost control, budget management and value improvement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements and company standards
* Partner with site leadership teams to identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities
* Monitor contractor performance and enforce contract governance frameworks
* Support logistics and offsite repairs processes to maintain critical stock availability
* Prepare and report on contract performance, supply metrics and operational outcomes
Key Requirements
* 7+ years' experience in a superintendent or senior supply/procurement role within the resources sector
* 10+ years' experience in mining or heavy industry environments
* Proven experience managing tenders, contracts and contractor performance
* Strong SAP experience, particularly across Procure-to-Pay and Materials Management
* Degree in Business, Commerce or a related discipline preferred
