Our multi-franchise dealership located 8 minutes from the Gold Coast airport in the heart of **Tweed** is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated **New / Used Vehicle Sales Manager** to join our team. management of your sales team, including stocking, reporting and data analysis.
**What the role entails**:
- Establish, monitor and ensure long and short term sales and gross profit objectives for both the department and individual sales team are met
- Continuing ongoing focus on stock management in keeping with group policy and to maximise ROI
- Mentoring and coaching sales team
- Set clear standards to ensure superior customer experience.
- Monitor and act on business management information and other key performance indicators to optimise used vehicle performance and profit opportunities
