O'Brien Electrical and Plumbing Rowville is on the lookout for a dynamic Construction Coordinator to join our forward-thinking and rapid-growing team. About the Role: 
In this role, you'll be responsible for the smooth planning and coordination of construction projects across a variety of sites. From managing timelines and resources to liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, you'll be the glue that holds everything together. Your leadership and attention to detail will be key to delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. 
Key Responsibilities: 
Coordinate day-to-day activities across multiple sites 
Schedule resources, manage timelines, and track progress 
Liaise with site supervisors, subcontractors, technicians and suppliers 
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building regulations 
Monitor jobs and provide reporting on job activities 
Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively to keep things on track 
Managing purchase orders and work orders 
What We're Looking For: 
Previous experience in construction coordination or project/site management 
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills 
Great communicator with the ability to lead and motivate teams 
Solid knowledge of Australian building standards and OH&S; regulations 
A can-do attitude with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities 
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., SimPRO) is a plus
