At Citron Bayside, we’re looking for a manager who’s ready for a sea change – someone who wants to trade late nights for sunshine, lead a passionate team, and enjoy the lifestyle of Brisbane’s beautiful Bayside.
About the Role
Daytime hours only – no nights!
Lead and motivate a passionate front-of-house team.
Oversee daily café operations with a strong focus on customer experience.
Manage rostering, stock control, and wage budgets.
Barista skills are a bonus but not essential – what matters most is leadership on the floor.
Work closely with owners and team leaders to drive growth and efficiency.
What We/'re Looking For
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and train a team.
Strong organisational and people skills.
Available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
Most importantly – a genuine love of hospitality and being on the floor with your team.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
