CTS Tyre Recycling and Throughcycle Rubber are WA leaders in sustainability and advanced manufacturing, transforming waste tyres into valuable rubber products.
We are seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to strengthen our brand presence and drive commercial growth through effective marketing strategies and lead generation initiatives. This is a hands-on, in-office role based at our Neerabup facility. Applicants must be willing to commute and work onsite, collaborating closely with operations, sales, and leadership teams.
About the Role
You will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives, supporting business development, and generating qualified leads across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Generation & Commercial Support
o Drive lead generation through digital campaigns and online platforms
o Manage CRM systems, marketing pipelines, and customer enquiries
o Support online sales portals and commercial marketing materials
* Marketing & Content
o Create and manage digital content across LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns, and company websites
o Develop copy for campaigns, case studies, and business communications
o Capture visual content to showcase operations, products, and projects
* Campaigns & Brand Management
o Develop and deliver marketing campaigns, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials
o Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
o Manage and update websites and digital touchpoints
* Analysis & Reporting
o Analyse campaign performance and lead data
o Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
o Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders
* Events & Coordination
o Assist with planning and promoting industry events and stakeholder engagements
Key Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline from an Australian institution
* Graduates from Western Australian universities or candidates with strong knowledge of the local market will be highly regarded
* Demonstrated experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar role
* Strong experience in lead generation and marketing strategy execution
* Proven ability managing social media, email marketing, and website content
* Experience using CRM systems and analysing marketing data
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work face-to-face from the Neerabup office
* Experience in sustainability, manufacturing, recycling, or industrial sectors is highly regarded
