IEPro are working with a major infrastructure services contractor to recruit a Site Engineer to support delivery of civil and infrastructure projects across Brisbane. This opportunity sits within a business responsible for delivering and maintaining critical infrastructure assets across transport, utilities, and public sector projects. The organisation is known for strong systems, structured project delivery, and a supportive environment for developing engineers. This role is ideal for an engineer around two years post graduation who is looking to build hands-on site experience while learning from experienced Project Managers and Supervisors. The Opportunity As Site Engineer, you will support day-to-day coordination and technical delivery across civil and infrastructure works, ensuring projects are delivered safely and to specification. You will work closely with delivery teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders while gaining exposure to multiple work fronts and project environments. The Role In this role, you will: Support daily site coordination and engineering activities Review drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies Assist with RFIs, technical queries, and documentation Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams Monitor safety, quality, and environmental compliance Assist with inspections, testing, and quality assurance Maintain site records, reports, and project documentation Support Project Engineers and Managers in achieving program targets About You To succeed, you will bring: Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related discipline Around 2 years’ experience working on civil or infrastructure projects Strong interest in developing a career in construction delivery Ability to work closely with site teams and subcontractors Clear communication and organisational skills A proactive and solutions-focused mindset Commitment to safety and quality outcomes The Benefits Brisbane-based role with established infrastructure contractor A salary package tailored to experience super Strong mentoring and structured career development Exposure to diverse infrastructure and asset delivery projects Long-term stability within a large infrastructure services business Please note: Only candidates with local Australian based experience and working rights will be considered.
