About the job Remote Date entry /inventory clerk
As a Date entry / Inventory Clerk the key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, Order Entry and Invoicing (using both manual entry and Electronically, as well as various web-based platforms), coordination with the manager for shipping and inventory issues, and Customer Service.
Responsibilities:
* Maintains and entry all paperwork of invoice, receipt and purchase order slips
* Maintaining accurate inventory;
* Placing product orders to fulfill inventory needs;
* Reconciling any discrepancies in inventory data;
* Check up the price, bar code and quantities of inventory
* Maintain and enter products information into our master data base
* Receive daily sales slips and insert the data into computer system
* Running audit and update daily inventory report for warehouse
* Communicate and coordinate with internal team members
* Recording store orders and POS system transactions
* Basic knowledge of MS Office: Outlook, Word and Excel
