We are currently recruiting Part-Time Permanent In‐Home Care Carers and Domestic Assistants to support our growing community care services across the Sunshine Coast.

About the Roles
We have multiple Part Time Permanent opportunities available across our In‐Home Care services, providing essential support to clients living independently in their own homes.
In‐Home Care Carer
As an In‐Home Care Carer, you will deliver personalised care and support to clients, promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing.
Availability requirements:
* Ability to commence shifts from 7:00am
* Minimum 3 days per week availability (Monday to Friday)
* No school‐hour work restrictions
These roles are centrally based, with flexibility to work across the wider service area as required.
In‐Home Care Domestic Assistant
As a Domestic Assistant, you will support clients by maintaining clean, safe and comfortable home environments tailored to individual needs.
Availability requirements:
* Availability between 8:00am – 4:00pm
* Minimum 4 days per week availability (Monday to Friday)
* Locations include Coolum, Buderim and Maroochydore
Depending on your availability, skills and operational requirements, there may be opportunities to work in both Carer and Domestic Assistant roles, offering greater variety and flexibility.
What You'll Do
* Delivering personal and individualised care in the home
* Monitoring and reporting changes in client wellbeing
* Assisting with mobility, meals, transport and daily living activities
* Maintaining accurate documentation and client confidentiality
* Cleaning and maintaining client homes to a high standard
* Laundry, bed making and light household tasks
* Supporting clients in line with individual service plans
* Ensuring safety, hygiene and compliance standards
You will work collaboratively with a supportive, multidisciplinary team and contribute to a positive, client‐focused environment.
Required Qualifications & Requirements
* Current Queensland Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
* National Police Check – Sundale will arrange
* Pre‐employment medical assessment – Sundale will arrange
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. Certificate III in Home & Community Care, Aged Care or Individual Support – desirable for Carer roles)
