Job Summary
This leadership role requires an individual with exceptional skills to oversee the day-to-day operations of a hospitality venue.
The ideal candidate will have experience in food and beverage management, team leadership, and customer service.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and quality food and beverages.
* Coordinate with the chef to arrange orders and monitor inventory levels.
* Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost-effective purchasing strategies.
* Plan and execute catered functions and special events.
* Provide guidance and support to the operations team.
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
* Implement marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.
Requirements:
* A relevant Diploma qualification or at least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
* Previous experience in a managerial role.
* Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* Strong desire to train, motivate, and lead a team.
* Excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills.
* Working knowledge of OH&S/WH&S.
* Current RSA and Food Safety Certificates.
