Hotel Operations Manager
The Hotel Operations Manager will oversee the smooth operation of front office and guest services overnight.
* Ensure efficient management of overnight processes
* Manage front office overnight, including check-ins, problem-solving, and remote guest support
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead night team and collaborate with day teams
2. Provide training and escalation support
3. Deliver high levels of guest services and execute safe emergency management
4. Assist Hotel Manager with higher-level tasks
